Food has always been fascinating to me. From a young age I was an adventurous eater, and enjoyed most foods. When I reached adolescence I learned that food impacted how I felt, both physically and mentally.
I graduated from Brandeis University in 2008 with a degree in Health: Science, Society, and Policy. After a short stint doing public health research, I realized my true passion was working directly with people to make an impact on their lives, so I decided to embark on a career that combined my love for food with my passion for helping others.
I completed the Master of Science in Nutrition/Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship program from Boston University in September 2013. Since graduating in 2013, I have worked as a clinician at the Boston University Sargent Choice Nutrition Center (SCNC), and became Assistant Director of SCNC in the fall of 2018.
Outside of my professional life, I am a wife, and mother to 3 year old twin girls. I am a busy working mom, and while I LOVE my job, I cherish every moment I get to spend with my family.
