Rachel Reynolds Nutrition

I am a licensed, registered dietitian who practices nutrition through providing a non-judgmental, supportive space for clients to share their nutrition-related concerns, teach me about their lives, and create sustainable eating habits that help them reach their nutrition-related goals, feel better, and live their lives to the fullest. I use a combination of evidence-based and innovative strategies to meet the needs of each unique client.

Everybody eats, yet most people are either confused about what to eat, or feel like they know how they would like to eat, but find it challenging to do what they intend because life gets in the way.

Most of what we read these days on the internet, or hear from family, friends or other healthcare providers makes us feel like we just aren't doing enough, or aren't doing things right if we aren't reaching our nutrition goals. In reality, the food environment that surrounds us makes it easy to get more of the foods we don't need, and not enough of the health-promoting foods that we do need - and on top of it all, societal messages can create feelings of guilt and shame. I come to our professional relationship with the perspective that you are the expert on your life, your goals and your preferences. I hope to provide information and education as needed, and work with you to create structure and/or flexibility around eating in a way that works for you. My aim is to help you cultivate eating patterns, routines and environments that support your nutrition-related goals.
